I have been asked several times over the last few weeks “What is with the home price increase in Golden Hills”
It is true the prices have increased significantly over the last year. There are several reasons this has occurred. A few investors have purchased homes that needed sprucing up and gave the a brand new look! The renovations and landscaping have increased the values of the homes.
Also, I ask people to show me another golf course community in Marion County with low HOA fees, low crime, clean, and access to a clubhouse and pool. This is a truly unique neighborhood. The uniqueness has caused the home price increase in Golden Hills as well. The home homeowners are very proud of their homes and their neighborhood as well they should be!
Come out and take a look for yourself. I know you will agree with everyone when you see why the homes have gone up in value. It is well worth the drive and the purchase price of the home!
