Many of my clients hesitate to call me or email me too often because the feel like they are “bugging” me. Especially on the weekends. If I am your Realtor, it is my job to answer all your questions no matter what day of the week it is. If you are only available to see homes on Sundays, well let’s schedule a Sunday to see homes.
What some clients don’t know is that it may cause more harm than good to contact another agent in an effort to not “bug” me. Let’s say that agent takes you to see a home and you fall in LOVE with it and decide you want me to write a contract for you. That agent that showed you the property is then entitled to his/her full commission, as they should be. No one wants to work for free really.
So save yourself and your Realtor a few headaches and BUG me!! It is my job to answer all your questions and make my self available at your convenience (with in reason). Please – never feel like you are bugging me. I love to help you with your real estate needs!
